Nawal El Zoghby got divorced on August of 2008 from her husband Elie Deeb. The couple got married in 1988, when Nawal was eighteen yeara old.

Nawal El Zoughbi and Eli Deeb marriage lasted around 15 years.

It all started when Rumors spread that Elie had strongly opposed to some scenes from Nawal 2007 clips for the songs Aghla Al Habaib and Shou Akhbarak, in which Nawal and lebanese male model, Saleh Abdul Nabi, acted some intimate scenes.

Nawal Zoghbi has three children from her marriage to Elie Deeb, the couple have a daughter named Tia born in November of 1998, and twin sons Georgy and Joey born in December 2001.

Nawal released a song called Tia in 1999, which she dedicated to her daughter. Nawal also named her production company after her daughter, Tia Productions.
